The process
The recruitment process comprises several stages after we receive your CV:
- A phone interview
- An interview with the Human Resources Manager
- One or two interviews with engineers
- A comfort interview with the General Director
Our integration policy
Each new employee is welcomed by his or her manager. As part of its integration policy, Setics is developing :
- An induction program tailored to the profile of each new engineer: interviews with the consultants and managers you will be working with, to help you quickly get to grips with the working environment and business sectors.
- Induction sessions to enable new recruits to get to know each other and learn about existing tools and methodologies.
- Technical training courses throughout the year to develop the skills and know-how needed in the consulting profession.
With a close-knit management team, you are supported throughout your integration and your career by training in our methods, tools, software...
Several festive and collaborative events are organized throughout the year to encourage exchanges and conviviality (team lunches, annual party, cultural outings, etc.).
Finally, as soon as you've been with us for 3 months, you can join our Cultural and Sports Association, which contributes to the financing of various extra-professional cultural or sports projects for Setics employees.
The internship, « a springboard to the future »
Setics believes in sharing knowledge and supporting student training. Every year, 5 to 6 interns or professionalization contracts join us for their end-of-study internship or apprenticeship period.
Setics presents its professions and missions at specialized forums and trade shows, and has established long-term relationships with numerous engineering schools, business schools and major French universities.
Our Human Resources Director regularly visits schools and universities to advise students during HR workshops: CV and cover letter writing, preparation and simulations of recruitment interviews, career advice, HR administrative notions.
Our end-of-study internship policy is designed to introduce you to the real world of digital networks, and is aimed at pre-employing our future employees.
